Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of most items within 14 days of receipt for exchange, store credit or refund. All items must be in new condition with tags still attached and in original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted. Custom or special orders, vintage items, merchandise listed on our website as non-returnable, and sale items are not eligible for return. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

Return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are processed once the item has been received and are credited to the original form of payment. Store credit never expires.

To start the return process, please email us at sales@westward-home.com for return authorization or to coordinate an exchange. Carefully pack the item and send it to us using the courier of your choice - we recommend insuring and tracking the package. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

If an item arrives damaged, we must be notified within 2 days of delivery in order to start the claims process. Please photograph the inside and outside of the box along with the damage and send the images to us at sales@westward-home.com. If possible, do not throw away the box or damaged goods. We will ship a replacement at our expense.
