Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days for all in-stock items. A confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your order has shipped. We ship insured UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day. We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses and we require a signature on orders over $500 unless otherwise requested. The buyer is responsible for costs associated with items returned to us by the shipper.

Large orders, oversize items and framed artwork may require additional handling time and shipping fees, which are noted on the website product page when applicable. For custom and special orders, we will email you after your order is placed with timing and shipping updates. In the event an item is out of stock or backordered, we will reach out to you immediately with the estimated arrival time and offer the option of refunding the item.

Furniture Delivery
Furniture is shipped using a third party White Glove delivery service. Once your order is placed, we will reach out with a delivery quote or contact us prior to ordering at 

The delivery service will assemble furniture as required in your space at time of delivery and take away all packaging and garbage.

Delivery charges are not refundable for unsuccessful attempted deliveries (i.e. customers who are not at delivery address during agreed upon date/time or for merchandise orders which do not fit into building/residence).

It is the responsibility of the receiver to inspect all items before signing off on the bill of lading (BOL) or allowing the driver to leave. Any transit damage discovered after the fact and not noted in writing on the bill of lading will preclude a damage claim with the appropriate company.

International orders are subject to taxes, duties and other fees determined by the country to which they are shipped. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient to pay, and will be sent to you by UPS once delivery is made. Orders $2,500 or more in value may be held at customs until duties and fees are paid before being delivered, as required by law. Orders refused at the point of delivery will incur return shipping charges as well as a restocking fee equivalent to the duties and taxes levied upon the original shipment.

We are required by law to list directly on the package the full retail value of items ordered and contained therein. We cannot mark any package as a gift to avoid customs and duties fees. On occasion, customs agents may open and inspect packages or delay delivery. For more information on customs fees and procedures, please contact your local customs office.

To accurately estimate the final cost of your purchase, we recommend checking the current exchange rate for your currency.
